A parable about the importance of updates in your spiritual world.
A man bought a top-of-the-line spiritual life—premium beliefs, deluxe intentions, and a gratitude app with custom affirmations. But every time life got rough, his soul started buffering.
Prayers timed out. Joy froze. Peace crashed mid-meditation.
Desperate, he called the universe’s tech support.
An old soul named Maya picked up.
“First of all,” she said, “you never downloaded the full version of faith. You’re using the free trial—Gratitude Lite and Emergency Prayer 2.0.”
“Second,” she said, “your beliefs are full of pop-ups. Stuff like ‘I’m not worthy’ and ‘God ghosted me.’ You’ve got spiritual malware.”
The man panicked. “Can you fix it?”
She laughed. “This isn’t tech support—it’s soul support. You’ve gotta do the updates yourself.”
“Start by deleting fear files, install a daily practice, and for heaven’s sake—connect to Source. Your Wi-Fi’s been off since Easter.”
Moral
If your peace keeps buffering, check your connection. Even divine software can’t run on airplane mode.
I am mostly electronically challenged...I love the analogies.
